Strategic
Communications Plans We approach
communications planning as a strategic process –
designed to achieve defined purposes. We work
closely with our customers, often in
collaboration with their teams.
For large corporations, we have created and
executed communications plans that helped to
drive major organizational change initiatives.
For other businesses and non-profits, we have
developed and executed strategic communications
plans designed to:
- launch new products or services
- increase audience awareness
- lay the foundation for fund development
- reposition organizations
- address tough public relations problems,
including public controversy and adversarial
situations
Our Approach
We begin by asking three fundamental questions:
1) What do you want to say? What are the
critical ideas or messages you want to get
across?
2) Who is your audience? What do they
currently know about your products, your
organization or your ideas? What influences
them? How do they make decisions? Where do they
get their information?
3) What results are you seeking? As an
outcome of your communication, what concepts to
you want your audience to understand and
remember? What action do you want them to take?
Using the answers to these questions and others,
we develop a communication plan with appropriate
communication strategies, tactics, timeline, and
budget to help you achieve your goals.
